To complete your product purchase online, you will be taken to our secure online
store, hosted by PayPro Global, where you will be required to fill in your payment
information.

Do you offer any discounts?
Volume discounts are available for multiple licenses of the same product. All licenses
should be a part of a single order.

What payment methods are available?

Are there any taxes added when I order?
We collects VAT from all EU consumers who do not have a valid VAT ID for electronically
delivered products. The collected VAT is paid directly to the relevant national
authorities.
When will I receive my software?
After purchasing products online you will instantly receive your invoice and purchase
confirmation. The purchase confirmation email contains the license key and information
to download the product.
We highly recommend you to download the product before installing it because the
download link expires due to security precautions.
How to pay by purchase order?
- On the order page select "Purchase Order" in the "Payment Method" field and place
an order.
- You will receive a proforma invoice and the document to complete your order.
- Fill in the necessary information in the document.
- Sign and attach your company purchase order to the document and fax it to our ecommerce
parter in Toronto, Canada at: +1-866-724-3925 (USA/Canada), +1-416-981-7818 (International).
PAYPRO GLOBAL, INC. needs to be listed as the supplier on your original purchase
order.
Upon receiving and clearing your payment our team will complete your order and send
a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Purchase Orders can be paid using Mail (Credit Card Details, Check, Money Order,
Cashier Check), Phone (credit card), Wire Payment or Bank Transfer.
How to complete a phone order?
- On the order page select "Phone Order" in the "Payment Method" field and place an
order
- In order to complete your purchase, please review you order information, have your

Is your order page secure?
PayPro is PCI DSS Certified (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). PCI
DSS is the most important security standard for the card payment industry. All transactions
are made using a SSL connection (128 bytes) provided by Verisign. The data sent
from your browser to PayPro servers is always encrypted. PayPro servers are certified
McAfee Secure and scanned daily by ScanAlert for known vulnerabilities.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns of downloadable software. As a result, we strongly encourage
you to take advantage of the free evaluation versions of our products prior to purchasing
to ensure that the product meets your use and performance requirements.
Can I use a free email address?
You can use your free e-mail account but it is recommended that you use a business
email address. Orders placed with free e-mail accounts can be subject to additional
verifications.
